Vincent Ferguson
Vincent Ferguson is a U.S. Navy veteran, nationally recognized fitness advocate, author, speaker, certified personal trainer, certified wellness coach and Founder and President of Body Sculpt of New York.
For more than three decades, Vincent has been at the forefront of community health and wellness, championing initiatives designed to combat childhood obesity, promote healthy lifestyles, and empower individuals and families through fitness, nutrition, and education.
Since founding Body Sculpt of New York in 1989, he has developed and led numerous impactful programs, including the Children's Sports & Fitness Expo, the Walk-A-Thon for Children's Health, the Six Weeks to Fitness program, and the Six Weeks to Fitness Challenge. His work has inspired thousands to take ownership of their health while creating lasting change within underserved communities.
Vincent is also the author of the books Six Weeks to a Six Pack, Get Ready, Get Set, Get Fit: A Guide to Developing Youth Fitness, and his recent book, More Life to Your Years, further extending his mission of making health and wellness accessible to people of all ages.
Glenna Gonzalez
Glenna Gonzalez is a marketing strategist, business consultant, and AI-powered growth architect who specializes in helping entrepreneurs, executives, wellness professionals, and mission-driven organizations amplify their visibility, authority, and impact.
As CEO of JB Tyler Marketing & Consulting, she works at the intersection of strategic marketing, brand positioning, content development, automation, and emerging technologies, helping organizations build sustainable growth systems while strengthening audience engagement. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Human Services.
Earlier in her Human Resources career, Glenna served as a senior Employee Assistance Program counselor with an organization that has since become one of the world's leading providers of integrated employee wellbeing, work-life support, mental health resources, and organizational wellness solutions, serving millions of employees and their families across more than 200 countries and territories.
In that role, she supported individuals navigating complex life challenges related to emotional wellbeing, eldercare, workplace concerns, financial matters, and family responsibilities. The experience deepened her expertise in human-centered communication, crisis support, behavioral insight, and holistic wellness—skills that continue to influence her strategic consulting work today.
In another leadership capacity, Glenna served as a Senior Talent Advisor to executives and organizational leaders, partnering with professionals across diverse industries to identify, develop, and retain top talent. Working at the intersection of leadership, workforce strategy, and organizational performance, she advised executives on talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
Her unique blend of counseling experience, senior talent expertise, marketing acumen, and AI innovation allows her to help organizations communicate with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
