Your Story Matters: Why Your Expertise Deserves to Be Seen

Today, almost everyone has a story to tell. The question is: Who is listening?

Who Should Consider VINCE Media?

VINCE Media is more than a digital magazine. It is a multimedia platform built around VINCE Lifestyle Magazine, the Six Weeks to Fitness podcast and YouTube channel, our websites, newsletters, social media, and online community. Depending on the collaboration, a person or brand may be featured through a written article, recorded interview, video, podcast episode, interactive magazine feature, or coordinated promotion across multiple platforms.

You don't have to be a celebrity. You don't need millions of followers. And you don't have to wait until you've "made it." VINCE Media exists for people who have something meaningful to say, something valuable to offer, or expertise that deserves a wider audience.

We collaborate with a diverse range of professionals — doctors and physicians sharing medical knowledge and perspectives on health and wellness; researchers and scientists bringing discoveries and ideas to a broader audience; health and wellness professionals helping people live healthier lives; fitness professionals and coaches inspiring meaningful change; nutritionists and wellness experts educating audiences about healthier living.

Alongside those experts, we use our platform to spotlight business owners and entrepreneurs building companies and creating new opportunities; authors and writers sharing books, ideas, and messages with readers; coaches and consultants using their experience to help others succeed; speakers and thought leaders with ideas worth putting in front of a larger audience; educators and industry experts sharing knowledge built over years in the field; and community leaders and advocates working toward positive change.

Sometimes, the most compelling story belongs to someone who doesn't fit neatly into any category. Maybe you're finally launching the business you've always wanted to build. Maybe you're writing the book you've talked about for years. Maybe you've spent decades doing research and want it to reach beyond academic circles. Maybe you've developed a new way of working with patients, clients, or communities. Maybe you're stepping into speaking for the first time, transitioning out of a long career and into entrepreneurship, or simply ready to become more visible.

If you have expertise, experience or a story that can educate, inspire or create meaningful conversations, we'd love to hear from you. Our focus is to create media and content that serves Adults 40+. If your services and products address this demographic, we are here to help you get the exposure that you deserve.

Why VINCE Media, and Not Someone Else?

Anyone can offer to write your story. Fewer can back it with a platform, a track record, and an audience that was built the hard way — one episode, one issue, one relationship at a time.

Vince Ferguson is the name behind the platform's roots. A U.S. Navy veteran and Brooklyn native, he has spent close to 30 years in the fitness and wellness industry, as a certified personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, a Certified Wellness Coach, an author of several books, and the founder of Body Sculpt of New York, which he built in 1989. He has brought that experience to national audiences through appearances on Good Morning America Health and Good Day New York, and for more than a decade he's hosted Six Weeks to Fitness, a podcast that FeedSpot ranked #23 among the Top 60 Fitness Podcasts Worldwide. That body of work, the interviews, the community, the credibility built with an audience that trusts him is the foundation VINCE Lifestyle Magazine and VINCE Media are built on.

Glenna Gonzalez is the architect behind how that foundation becomes a working media platform. She brings more than 20 years in marketing and business development to the role, including corporate experience as a workforce planner and talent advisor with organizations such as QVC, Hyster-Yale Group, and Pepsi Bottling Ventures, and a client roster built through Workplace Options, the world's largest privately held provider of employee wellness solutions. She holds an MBA along with a master's degree in Human Services, a combination that shapes how she approaches marketing: equal parts business strategy and understanding what actually moves people.

As CEO of JB Tyler Marketing & Consulting, LLC, Glenna has already built and run a media platform once before: Entrepreneurs In the Spotlight, a magazine she publishes and edits that reaches entrepreneurs through business networking communities. Proving that a digital magazine can be more than a vanity project and actually deliver visibility for the people featured in it is at the core of VINCE Media’s approach to credibility, audience engagement, and long-term value.

Together, that's the difference: an editorial voice with real standing in health and wellness media, paired with the marketing and publishing infrastructure to make sure your feature does more than get published once and disappear.

What Makes VINCE Lifestyle Magazine Different?

VINCE Lifestyle Magazine is built for a very specific audience: adults 40+ who are thinking beyond simply getting older. Our readers are interested in healthspan, wellness, purposeful aging, lifestyle, personal growth, fitness, and the people, ideas, and brands helping them live more intentionally.

But VINCE is not simply a digital magazine that people read and move on from.

One of the features that makes the VINCE digital experience different is the ability for readers to watch embedded interviews directly within the digital issue—without having to leave the magazine to find the conversation somewhere else. That creates a more engaging experience for the reader and gives featured individuals another way to tell their story.

More Than a Magazine Feature

A traditional article or magazine mention can provide visibility. We believe the greater opportunity is creating content that can continue working for you after the issue is published.

Depending on the collaboration selected, VINCE Media can help create opportunities for:

  • Credibility — being positioned alongside relevant professionals, experts, founders, and thought leaders.
  • Discoverability — giving your story, expertise, business, or personal brand additional places to be found.
  • Reusable content — creating interviews, articles, profiles, clips, or other assets that may have value beyond the original publication.
  • Cross-channel exposure — extending appropriate content through VINCE's digital ecosystem, which includes the magazine, websites, YouTube, podcast, newsletter, social media, and community.

Our established audience and distribution extend beyond the digital magazine itself. Depending upon the collaboration and the relevance of the content, opportunities may include exposure through these connected channels. Specific audience and reach information is available on the collaboration page or can be supplied upon request.

Editorial Consideration Is Not the Same as Paid Promotion

We also want to be clear about an important distinction.

Applying for editorial consideration does not mean purchasing editorial coverage, nor does payment guarantee that a person, company, product, or story will be selected for editorial publication.

Editorial decisions are based on the relevance, quality, timing, and fit of the story for the VINCE audience.

Separately, VINCE Media offers paid collaboration and promotional opportunities for qualified individuals, businesses, organizations, and brands that want to use the VINCE ecosystem to expand their visibility and create valuable content assets.

These are two different paths.

If you are interested in being considered for an editorial story, interview, or feature, you may submit your information for consideration. If your objective is broader visibility, content creation, audience exposure, or a strategic promotional campaign, we can discuss the collaboration options that may be appropriate for you.

One Story Does Not Automatically Mean Every Channel

VINCE Media is an ecosystem—not a promise that every person or story will appear on every platform.

Distribution depends upon the nature of the story, the editorial fit, the selected collaboration, the content produced, and the channels that are appropriate for that particular audience.

Our goal is not to promise the widest possible distribution simply for the sake of making a promise.

Our goal is to create the right exposure in the right places, while producing content that has value beyond a single publication date.

For the right individual or organization, that can mean more than being featured in a magazine. It can mean having a credible story to share, a professional interview to repurpose, additional opportunities to be discovered, and a presence that can continue working across appropriate channels.

That is the opportunity behind VINCE Media.
